Will I lose control while in hypnosis?

No. Hypnosis is a voluntary state of awareness where you remain alert and in control.

 

What does being in hypnosis feel like?

Hypnosis is a very relaxing feeling for most people. Some have said their body feels heavy, others feel light, some feel tingly and some don’t feel much different from their natural state. Hypnosis often provides a feeling of rejuvenation after awakening from the state.
